• The bank account details provided by the customer will be considered final and any errors in the provided details will not be the responsibility of the Ustaad.
• If you have received an SMS or email confirming the delivery of your order and have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the utmost care of the product(s) while they are in their possession. This includes following all product instructions, preserving documents and maintaining the original packaging while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
• If a customer believes that a product does not meet the standards at the time of delivery, they can promptly contact us. Providing details of the product and damage if any within one day of receiving the product(s). Upon contact, the customer will receive further instructions from us.
• After the product is returned, we will conduct a thorough examination and notify the customer for their eligibility to a refund if applicable, via email within a reasonable timeframe. We endeavour to process refunds promptly, aiming to complete the process within 30 working days from the date of confirmation via email that the customer is entitled to a refund.
• Return or refund will not be granted for promotional articles/products, coupon purchases, gift articles, and seasonal offers.
• Ustaad (A Unit of Ashow Brand Solutions Private Limited) reserves the right to cancel the return / refund after the product/order defect has been evaluated by an authorized Ustaad representative.
