- We provide a 7 days hassle-free return and exchange period beginning from the day of delivery.
- Additional 5-7 working days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse retrieval services.
- Pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier company fails to retrieve the shipment, you must return it to the Dispatch address within 10 days from delivery. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, store credit will be provided within three business days of return pickup and sent to your registered email address or phone number.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition that they were shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or show signs of use or wear, no refund will be provided.
- Please allow 7 days for the return to be completed and the refund amount to be reflected in your bank account (Post Validation). Refunds or bank transfers are only available for prepaid orders or online payments made through our website. Payments made using the COD option will result in store credit equal to the amount paid, which can be used at any time.
- Return or refund will not be granted for promotional articles/products, coupon purchases, gift articles, and seasonal offers.
- If you have any problems, please contact us through our customer support portal or send an email to care@ustaad.co.in. All inquiries will be handled Monday to Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Any pending inquiries will be prioritized the following day.
- Cancellations are only allowed until the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
- Ustaad (A Unit of Ashow Brand Solutions Private Limited) reserves the right to cancel the return/refund if the product/order defect has been evaluated by an authorized Ustaad representative.
